Hello, Christ's Church Family,

Here are the scripture passages I used in my message yesterday.  As you meditate on them, it is my prayer that the Holy Spirit takes you deeper!

Genesis 3:8-13
8 When the cool evening breezes were blowing, the man and his wife heard the Lord God walking about in the garden. So, they hid from the Lord God among the trees. 9 Then the Lord God called to the man, "Where are you?"
10 He replied, "I heard you walking in the garden, so I hid. I was afraid because I was naked."
11 "Who told you that you were naked?" the Lord God asked. "Have you eaten from the tree whose fruit I commanded you not to eat?"
12 The man replied, "It was the woman you gave me who gave me the fruit, and I ate it."
13 Then the Lord God asked the woman, "What have you done?"
"The serpent deceived me," she replied. "That's why I ate it."

Romans 5:6-8
6 When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. 7 Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. 8 But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. NLT

Romans 8:35-37
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, "For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.") 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

Lamentations 3:22-24
22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends!
His mercies never cease.
23 Great is his faithfulness;
his mercies begin afresh each morning.
24 I say to myself, "The Lord is my inheritance;
therefore, I will hope in him!"
NLT

1 John 1:9
 9 But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.  NLT

Genesis 2:25
25 Now the man and his wife were both naked, but they felt no shame. NLT

Romans 8:1
8 So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.  NLT
