Missions Sunday - Bangladesh

This month, Christ’s Church is joining together to pray for the people of Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a nation in South Asia with millions of people from Muslim, Hindu, and other religious backgrounds. The BGMC material reminds us that there are still many communities with little or no access to the good news of Jesus.

Christian workers and local churches are sharing the love of Jesus in practical ways—providing education, meals, medical care, disaster relief, children’s homes, and Bible training. Ministries such as Home of Hope care for vulnerable children, while AG schools provide education, food, books, and uniforms to thousands of children.

Through BGMC, our children are helping provide ministry resources, Christian media, school supplies, food, computers, and other tools that allow churches and workers to reach children and families throughout Bangladesh.

Pray With Us

This month, we are praying for the health and protection of Christian workers, strength and courage for pastors and believers, hope for children and young people, and for more workers to be trained and sent to communities that still need to hear about Jesus.

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” — Mark 16:15
